As the city with three rivers, we have a huge amount of bridges, and consequently an unlimited supply of gorgeous bridge photography. Something we started talking about last year was a project we called Pittsburgh Bridge River Photography, which was a plan to take pictures on all the pedestrian-friendly bridges that cross one of the rivers. We started putting that plan into action this year, and are hoping to get all the major bridges by the end of December.
This photo was taken on St. Patrick’s Day, on our walk across the Hot Metal Bridge to the South Side. It was rainy and miserable!
