We went back to pasta for dish #8, although we modified the original recipe a bit.
This was originally a recipe for ziti with spinach, cherry tomatoes, and gorgonzola sauce, but we substituted penne, as we were able to purchase wheat pasta as a healthier option. Here is the meal in the pan cooking.
And here it is as we ate it, with a crusty baguette and white wine. This also heated up quite well as a leftover the next day for lunch!
